Letter From the Founder | Frank Davi Jr New Chapter President

Dear Members, Supporters, and Friends of Contractors Closers and Connections Orlando,

As we step into the new year, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey this organization has taken since its inception in the summer of 2021. Contractors Closers and Connections Orlando began with a vision: to create a dynamic networking organization that bridges the Commercial Real Estate and construction industries while fostering meaningful community impact. Together, we have turned that vision into a reality.

Leading this organization as its President has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I am deeply grateful to all of you for trusting me to guide this mission. Your enthusiasm, participation, and dedication have been the driving force behind every success we have achieved. Whether you joined us to build professional relationships, learn from insightful speakers, or support our philanthropic initiatives, you have been an integral part of this journey.

Thanks to your unwavering support, we have raised and donated over $130,000 to local grassroots organizations. These funds have made a tangible difference, empowering nonprofits to continue their vital work in our community. To the charitable organizations we’ve partnered with—thank you for inspiring us with your tireless commitment and impact.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Executive Committee. Your dedication, creativity, and hard work have been instrumental in shaping this organization. Together, we’ve hosted impactful events, built invaluable connections, and cultivated a sense of community that will endure for years to come. Thank you for trusting me to lead this exceptional team.

As of January 2025, I will be stepping down as President. It is with great pride and confidence that I announce Frank Davi, Jr., Operations and Development Executive at Aleskovsky Architecture + Interiors as well as ISL Commercial CRE, as your new Chapter President. Frank is a proven leader with a deep commitment to our mission and values. His vision, expertise, and passion make him the ideal person to guide Contractors Closers and Connections Orlando into this next chapter.

I encourage all of you to offer Frank the same trust and support you have so generously given me. I am confident that under his leadership, this organization will continue to thrive, evolve, and expand its impact on both our industry and our community.

While my role will change, my dedication to this organization and its mission remains unwavering. I look forward to supporting Frank and the Executive Committee as we continue to strengthen the connections that make Contractors Closers and Connections Orlando such a special community.
